1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 6-12 business days after dispatch, so you're looking at 7–15 business days in total.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on every order, no minimum required.
3. Where are you based?
Hello Chic is an online fashion store shipping across Canada. We don't have a physical location.
4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Get in touch as soon as it arrives and we'll sort it out!
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to cancel it. Please reach out as soon as you can.
Once it's shipped, cancellation isn't possible. But our returns process will apply.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. For full details, visit our Return & Refunds page.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank.

9. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada only.
10. Do you have a physical store?
We are currently only online, with no physical presence.
