Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to Canada.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days from the moment you place your order.

Order cutoff time
5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada.

How we ship
We partner with Canada Post to get your order to you. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. You can monitor your package's journey on our order tracking page.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs, duties and VAT
All listed prices include applicable taxes for orders shipped within Canada. For international orders outside Canada, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Where does my order come from?
We work with international fulfilment partners to bring you quality pieces at fair prices. Your order ships directly from our fulfilment partners in Asia.
